Ye Cottage Inn circa early 1900’s

About Us

When the Ye Cottage Inn opened its doors in 1906, Theodore Roosevelt was President of the United States, many schools had just one   room, people still traveled by horses and buggies over dirt roads and food refrigeration   was done with a chunk of ice.

Not long after serving its first customer, word of mouth spread that the Ye Cottage Inn was the place to visit for the finest and freshest meals on the coast. The restaurant soon became known as “The Home of Good Cooking” as adopted by its patrons past and present and has been a staple landmark in Monmouth County, NJ for over a century.

Come discover what our patrons have already known   for generations.
